Our Founder

Our founder Joe Qiu is an aspiring entrepreneur who has devoted himself to technology and management of his company. Joe Qiu has 30 years of experience in manufacturing development and management.

 

Joe Qiu holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master degree of Business Administration. After graduation Joe started his career in ShenZhen, a city in southern China far away from his hometown, and is one of the most developed cities in China. Before starting his own business, Joe worked in several HongKong and US based listed companies and gradually promoted from product design engineer into senior manager eventually holds the position of vice president in charge of R&D and Production.

 

 

In 2006, Joe Qiu and his partner founded Shenzhen Touchpoint Technology Co., Ltd, focusing on the Research & Development and manufacture commercial cash register (POS) machines. Their products were mainly designed for overseas markets. At the same time, Joe Qiu pay attention on Hair industry develop very quickly. Joe Qiu bought his partner’s shares of the company and transformed Touchpoint into a major player in the personal hair industry.

Our Philosophy

· 2006

 

Joe Qiu and Jacky Guan established the Shenzhen Touchpoint Technology Co., Ltd, which design and manufacture the commercial cashing machine and POS machine. Products were mainly designed for overseas markets.

· 2008

 

Joe Qiu transferred the business of commercial cashing and POS machine to business of hairdressing tools designing and manufacturing. Cathy Li bought 50% shares of Jacky Guan and join in the company. We developed a waterproof hair styling tool for a Japanese customer and successfully got the customer’s approval and begin hairdressing tools business.

· 2009-2016

 

Touchpoint quickly expanded the market, began to attend HongKong Cosmoprof Asia until now. We also attend the beauty fair in Guangzhou. After opened for the global customer, we successfully developed the American market and Europe market. From 2009 to 2016, factory become stable and accumulate our manufacturer’s experience for all hair tools.

· 2016-2024

 

Touchpoint moved the factory to Dongguan city and set Dongguan Touchpoint Technology Co., Ltd. The plant area reached 3000 m2 , employees number increased from 20 to 100 in the new factory. In 2023, company set Guangdong HaoYun Technology Co.,Ltd, to run oversea business and get the import and export licenses, and production capacity has increased from 20000pcs to 80,000pcs per month.

· 2025

 

Factory move to Huizhou, and set up Huizhou Top Health Technology Co.,LTD. This company takes import and export licenses.The manufactory area reach 3300 m2, monthly production capacity has increased to 100,000pcs.

As Joe’s background was design engineer, so he requires the design to be unique, no copy or imitation. He insists on developing personalized products with own unique characteristics, focusing on fulfill the needs of customers who have the same pursuit for personalized products.
